COPES COAT places at your complete disposal its established experience in the field of expanded resins and coatings for shoe, clothing, imitation leather goods, furnishing, saddlery, automotive and general industries. We offer a complete range of PVC products to cover extensive applications. We are renowned in our field for the production of PVC foams with low and high density in various thicknesses.

100% expanded PVC foam obtainable in three different grades:
  • open cells for a quick recovery after compression;
  • closed cells for a slow recovery after compression;
  • rigid formulation.
This material is delivered in rolls in two different widths: 100 cm. and 140 cm.
Thickness from 1 mm. to 23 mm.
Standard colours: grey-black-brown-white. Other colours available on request.
It can be supplied with one side self adhesive.
Density: from 100 Kg. up to 280 Kg/cubic meter and over.

This product is largerly used in Italy and aboard.
This material is available on stock mainly for the most requested grades and thicknesses. However if the material is not available on stock, our delivery time is quick.
A range of our products have a high resistance to low temperature therefore is ideal in the production of specialist foot ware such as after-ski and trekking shoes. Our material is also capable of high frequency welding techniques used in the manufacture process of labels, bookbinding, facemasks and shoes. The material is also ideal for printing application in multi-colours i.e. mouse mats and golf mats. We supply material in various roll lengths depending on thickness and weight, in widths up to 140 cm.
